Great location enough to spend a few hours shopping and then find a nice place to have dinner or a quick.bite to eat.

Great strip mall with very cool shops. Definitely has a string college vibe, which is no big surprise considering the nearness of BU and off campus student housing, but it's still a good place to check out.

When I moved here in 2021, this mall was definitely on the down and out. Dick’s Sporting Goods moved in as an anchor and slowly, but surely new businesses are moving in. They also have some interesting housing construction going on near the mall, which should be a plus.

Oakdale Commons is a solid spot for shopping, with a good mix of stores that makes it easy to find what you need in one place. The mall area is clean and open, and walking through it feels comfortable even during busier hours. There are plenty of options for clothing, home items, and quick snacks, and the layout makes it simple to move from store to store without feeling crowded. It’s a convenient place to stop if you want to shop, browse, or pick up a few things while you’re in the area. Overall, a straightforward and reliable shopping destination with a decent variety of stores.

Oakdale Commons will always have a special place in my heart. Growing up, it was where all the fun happened—shopping with friends, hanging out, making memories. Now it’s quieter, and not quite what it used to be, which is kind of sad, but honestly? I love the dead mall aesthetic. Creepy, quiet, and a little eerie, but somehow beautiful. At least there’s a BJ’s with cheap gas, so it’s not all gloom.
